It features a dual gel design in the heel and forefoot cushions for all day relief and a performance foam to absorb shock for ultimate comfort. The top cloth is treated with anti-microbial to ensure cleanliness.

	This model is my #1 pick. happened upon them in ShopRite,...no longer has them in stock. They provide great cushion for hard surfaces, but unlike the most marketed gel insert in the U.S. made by Dr..., I don't feel like I'm sliding around in my shoes when I use these. I primarily use them in dress shoes and casual dress shoes. (Note: inserts are slightly thick) 4 stars because there is room for improvement
